The thirty-year-old photographer discovered his passion for photography during an internship in an advertising agency. While still a student he was discovered by a renowned photo agency, they contracted him, paving an explosive rise for the 25 year old newcomer. Roche developed his own handwriting in a very short time and was quickly known for his staged imagery. His style is popular: in 2008, Daniel Roche was allowed to photograph the well-known campaign for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week with Eva Padberg between Peter Lindbergh, Ellen von Unwerth and other top photographers.
